We personally know everyone involved in the making of this basis for a great Greek Salad. We know the olive farmer and the olive oil producer. We know the cheese maker that produces the feta and the oregano comes directly from the mountainside in Greece, handpicked by our family there.
This is 200 grams of pure Grecian pleasure. You can cut up a tomato and a cucumber and have a village style greek salad, or you can add whole slices of tomatoes and some lemon juice and bake it in the oven for a delightful side dish.
